Lasagna is a family favorite. I’m fairly certain my Beloved could eat lasagna at least once a week. But, that’s not a good idea when you are eating healthy and on a low-carb, Trim Healthy Mama eating plan.

But even if you aren’t on a special low-carb eating planning we all know that too many carbs spikes blood sugar.
