They say you can never go home again. I never really understood that until recently. Life changes things. You can visit the place where you call home, but it will never be the same as it was yesterday. People leave, trees fall down and death will come making what you remember nothing but a memory. Memories are where we find the home of our heart we seek it but won’t find it entirely.
The truth is our heart seek a home not of this world. Whether you believe or not it is in your heart to seek a home, to seek to return to what you know in your soul is true. We seek home with the Father. You may not understand it, you may not know what to call it, but we learn in scripture that it is a part of the spirit that God puts with in us the longing to return to Him.
Home that is where I long for, home in the heavenly realm with a Father and brother being unified in spirit with all the members. One with Him…. Home.
