Buffalo wings are a classic American favorite dish. They are served as finger foods for weddings, tailgating at a football game, or at kitchen tables around the country as a simple as a family dinner idea. But, sometimes you might want to mix it up a bit. Let’s keep that delectable Buffalo flavor, but turn the recipe into a low-carb, low-fat, Buffalo Turkey Meatballs.
You can serve these at your family dinner table any night of the week. They’ll be especially appetizing when you serve them on a cool fall night. Especially, when you’re family has been out and about for a ballgame, trick-or-treating, or just enjoying some fall weather. That bit of heat from the Buffalo Sauce will help to warm everyone up.
These Buffalo Turkey Meatballs will also be a big hit at the next potluck you go to. Everyone will love the scrumptious flavors they thrill over when eating wings. But, will find the ease of eating a boneless, and healthier, meatball to be even better.

Most of these are ingredients that are convenient to buy. You should be able to find them in your local grocery with no problems.
To be sure you are staying in a low-carb plan, be sure to use a plan approved mayonnaise, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. I’ve linked to my favorite ones below.
- lean ground turkey
- an egg

- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- pink salt

It’s so much easier to mix together meatballs when using a stand mixer. I’ve got a Kitchen-aid® Pro-5 Stand Mixer that does a great job mixing together the ingredients.
