Looking Forward

I’m looking forward to this trip. My beloved and I are heading to the convention! I want to share with you some of te reasons why I look forward to this!

• I’m looking forward to being in  a place where every person I meet or sit next to, has some understanding of what I do and why.
• I’m looking forward to not having to explain how I ‘sociaize’ my child.
• I’m looking forward to classes that will help me to understand additional learning styles, educational philosophies and legal concerns.
• I’m looking forward to this years  Educating Gifted Students track. Maybe I can get some better ideas.
• I’m also looking forward to the Group Leader track. As administrator for our co-op, I really need this track, as the whole process is new to me.
• I’m looking forward to having honest curricula conversations with Michael.
• I’m looking forward to meeting other homeschooling mom’s, giving and recieving encouragement for the work we do.
• I’m looking forward to the overwhelming feeling on the vendor floor while I search for the ever elusive perfect curricula. I will find some new materials even if they aren’t perfect.
• I’m looking forward to leisurely thumbing through books.
• I’m looking forward to finding some awesome manipulatives.
• I’m looking forward to 2 full days with my beloved. Speaking of which I need to wrap up this post so I can focus on him. 
• I’m looking forward to warpping up this school year and prepping for next year.
