What You’ll Need for this Buffalo Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Most of these are ingredients that are convenient to buy. You should be able to find them in your local grocery with no problems.
To be sure you are staying in a low-carb plan, be sure to use a plan approved mayonnaise, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. I’ve linked to my favorite ones below.
- lean ground turkey
- an egg
- almond flour
- mayonnaise
- green onions
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- pink salt
- dried cilantro
- Franks Hot Sauce
- butter
- garlic salt
- low-carb ranch dressing (for dipping)
It’s so much easier to mix together meatballs when using a stand mixer. I’ve got a Kitchen-aid® Pro-5 Stand Mixer that does a great job mixing together the ingredients.
When making meatballs, I like to place the balls on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. This way, I’m sure the meatballs won’t stick and will be easy to remove.
